Suggestions for improvement

To create shifts for which a fixed shift end does not have to be specified, but the time can be entered with “to the end”.

It would be nice if you could edit and change the guidelines for the given donation list later, e.g. if you made a spelling mistake ;-) A comment box for donations would also be good.

The option to name or title layers to make the plan more concise. It would also be great to be able to add additional text fields, such as shift supervisors or the like.

Helpers can delete their own entries themselves. It should be possible to turn this off as an option.

When setting up stands, you had at a glance the information about how many volunteers had signed up (e.g. 3/10 -> 3 out of 10 needed). This function or display is still missing. Only free places are shown.

Clicking on the above button currently has no function (anymore). Although a request is (apparently) correctly sent to the backend to set the value “donations_uses_date” to false, it still answers again with “donations_uses_date=true” and the controller goes directly back to the selected state

There is the “Copy event” function, but the copied event is not shown in the dashboard with events even after editing, unfortunately it has to be added manually. It would be good if it would automatically appear in the Dasboard even when copying.

It would be great if there was an archive for past events. The dashboard would then be clearer.

As a club often volunteering is often managed for the teams within the club. So why is there no possibility to create an event for a whole season (for example from september this year to april next year), where I could bundle all assignments of volunteers? If I try to create an event that long it fails without showing me why.

In the filter, you can select not only current statuses, but also all the ones ever created in the event (for regular training, for example, we always use the same event with an adjusted date).
