Suggestions for improvement

It would be helpful if web links to your own website could be inserted, for example to provide additional documents.

It would be nice if helpers had to provide an email address that they can use to contact you later.

For our purposes, it would be helpful if we could define for each donation category how many portions we need. For example, we need 50 muffin donations, so I would like to be able to define this once and then 50 people can sign up for muffin donations. With the current solution, I have to create 50 separate muffins entries. This is very awkward and time consuming. This would be a really handy feature for us. Along with the option to ask for an email address ;-)

When the helpers register, also enter a contact option - email or mobile phone number - for targeted communication with individual stand occupations

It would be great if, as a helper, it was possible to only display vacant positions. Or at least the shifts and stands with vacancies. This would give the helper a better overview of where still needed. Otherwise, he has to scroll through everything and write down where he could help and then decide what suits him best and when. This is quite confusing, especially at larger events with several shifts and stands.

For events lasting several days, please include the day of the week in addition to the date (as already available on the website). It would also be helpful to be able to print out individual days.

To create shifts for which a fixed shift end does not have to be specified, but the time can be entered with “to the end”.

If layers that are already in the past were no longer displayed, this would be an absolute game changer for us, you have to scroll through a variety of outdated layers until you arrive today, especially if you want to provide more layers than are absolutely needed, this feature would be incredibly useful.

When setting up stands, you had at a glance the information about how many volunteers had signed up (e.g. 3/10 -> 3 out of 10 needed). This function or display is still missing. Only free places are shown.

Show the total number of services or free services in the admin overview to see how many services still need to be booked. In addition, this figure can be included as a percentage of the departments.
