Suggestions for improvement

It would be great if there was also a way to print out a rough overview of the list of events, showing the number of people for the respective shifts and times.

To create shifts for which a fixed shift end does not have to be specified, but the time can be entered with “to the end”.

The option to name or title layers to make the plan more concise. It would also be great to be able to add additional text fields, such as shift supervisors or the like.

It would be great if, as a helper, it was possible to only display vacant positions. Or at least the shifts and stands with vacancies. This would give the helper a better overview of where still needed. Otherwise, he has to scroll through everything and write down where he could help and then decide what suits him best and when. This is quite confusing, especially at larger events with several shifts and stands.

When setting up stands, you had at a glance the information about how many volunteers had signed up (e.g. 3/10 -> 3 out of 10 needed). This function or display is still missing. Only free places are shown.

It would be great if there was an archive for past events. The dashboard would then be clearer.

Show the total number of services or free services in the admin overview to see how many services still need to be booked. In addition, this figure can be included as a percentage of the departments.

For events lasting several days, please include the day of the week in addition to the date (as already available on the website). It would also be helpful to be able to print out individual days.

It would be great if you could create a PDF per period, per shift or per day for a compact overview and, if necessary, print out and display the shift plan - for the respective employees of a stand or shift. You can see at a glance: who is working with me, who am I replacing or who is replacing me, etc.... and you don't have to call Voluntira on your mobile phone every time.

Helpers can delete their own entries themselves. It should be possible to turn this off as an option.
