Suggestions for improvement

When duplicating/copying existing/past events, only the date and shift plan are copied. But not the donation list, which you could possibly take over

The order of the donation list should be sortable (similar to bringabottle), possibly Spelling errors can be corrected using an edit function. Currently, the entire entry must be deleted and re-entered werden.Damit, it may not fit into the order of the donations created in advance.

For our purposes, it would be helpful if we could define for each donation category how many portions we need. For example, we need 50 muffin donations, so I would like to be able to define this once and then 50 people can sign up for muffin donations. With the current solution, I have to create 50 separate muffins entries. This is very awkward and time consuming. This would be a really handy feature for us. Along with the option to ask for an email address ;-)

The donation list allows you to store a download link or templates as a file for download. Background: When making a donation list for cakes, the organizer must know about the ingredients. There are countless forms on the Internet that can be used as PDFs. These would be perfect to integrate there so that people who sign up for a cake donation can print out the form directly. It would be best to leave the completed form there.

It would be great if, as a helper, it was possible to only display vacant positions. Or at least the shifts and stands with vacancies. This would give the helper a better overview of where still needed. Otherwise, he has to scroll through everything and write down where he could help and then decide what suits him best and when. This is quite confusing, especially at larger events with several shifts and stands.

It would be good if you could also filter by date for events lasting several days and if there were generic terms for the cities (z.B. grill, drinks, dismantling) Then the helpers could search more specifically when they have time or what they would like to do

When setting up stands, you had at a glance the information about how many volunteers had signed up (e.g. 3/10 -> 3 out of 10 needed). This function or display is still missing. Only free places are shown.

When creating an event without registration, error message 433 Forbidden appears. Unfortunately, registration is also not possible, the form is refreshed, the data is not transferred, a subsequent login unfortunately does not work

It would be helpful if web links to your own website could be inserted, for example to provide additional documents.
